How to Submit a Manuscript

Tell us the title you're proposing. Tell us how attached you are to it, or to what degree you are open to it being modified by the editors.

Describe briefly the work's objective; that is, what do you hope it will achieve in the Body of Christ?

Is it complete? If so, what is the word count? If not, what percentage is complete, and when do you expect it to be 100% complete? Has it been independently edited?

Provide 

(A) Full contact details; your name, phone number(s), email address(es), and, if you wish, a Skype address.

(B) Short author biography; one page, and include previously-published works, the date they were published, and the name of the publisher.

(C) Name your top three favorite authors.

(D) Name the title of your top three favorite fiction books.

(E) How many books do you read a month?

Describe:

(A) The moral of the work.

(B) The theme of the work.

(C) A one-page answer to the question, “Why are you writing this story? Within this page you should include, among whatever other material you enclose, lessons, messages, truths, or other information you intend your story to convey. 

(D) Sample Chapters

  D.1 -  this should be the first chapter in your book.

  D.2 -  pick another chapter that provides a representative sample of your writing style and the content of the work. 

Address the following:

(A)  Describe any marketing experience you may have, and how you intend to support marketing your work. 

(B)  Describe your expected or desired timeline regarding publication of the work. 

(C)  Have you worked with an editor before? If so, please describe the experience(s). 

(D)  Questions – ask any questions you may have about the process of publishing your work.
